‌ A shadowboard Kanban cart used to organize and visually manage tools and components in designated outlines. Side 1 is used by the assembly operator, while side 2 is replenished by material handler or "waterspider". When assembly is complete, operator rotates the entire cart 180 degrees to start the next assembly. Facilitates easy inventory checks and replenishment and makes work flow much more efficiently.
